We teach the part
of the work that
training skipped
Why this exists
Coaches in Asia are routinely handed clients with trauma histories, active depression, family violence and suicidal ideation — usually without the education to recognise any of it. The gap is not competence. It is curriculum.
We built Therapy-Informed Coaching to close that gap in plain language, with Asian practitioners teaching from live case material rather than imported slide decks.
The name is deliberate. We are not a therapy school, and we do not train therapists. We teach coaches enough clinical literacy to work safely, refer well, and know the difference between a goal and a symptom.
Six rules we
actually follow
Education, not treatment
Nothing we publish is clinical advice, and no lecture makes you a clinician.
Asian faculty first
Practitioners from the region, teaching the contexts they actually work in.
Consent over content
Named faculty only with consent. No invented credentials, ever.
Plain language
If it cannot be explained without jargon, it is not yet understood.
Small groups
Supervision is capped at eight. We would rather turn people away.
No funnel
No countdowns, no fake scarcity, no manufactured urgency about someone's mental health.
Say what you need.
We will answer plainly.
Admissions, faculty nominations and referral partnerships all reach a person, not a form.
